I have two files linked using a GETPIVOTDATA formula. The Primary file
contains all my data and the Output file (which contains the GETPIVOTTABLE formula) is for reporting purposes only. However when I insert or delete a row in the Output file, it results in #REF! for the GETPIVOTTABLE formula but when I then open the Primary data file - the GETPIVOTTABLE formula automatically corrects itself. Is there any way around having to have the primary file open to keep the results in the Output file correct ? Thanks Kar |
