Help with Excel problem

It is not particularly long, but it is hard to explain. I can't find a formula that works. It involves a cash payroll. It is too hard to explain here. I'd gladly email to anyone willing to give it a try. I have showed it to many people, no one has come up with the answer. I actually have the "anser" in my mind but can't come up with a formula to match. Thanks for any interest. If anyone helps, I will certainly give them public credit in this forum.
