Default Compare and Filter Out Large Database

I have a large online excel wholesale price catalog - 45,000+ line items down
and about 30 columns across. All items have a unique part number. From that
database, I need to filter out about 4,000 items from a separate excel
spreadsheet (a subset of the larger database) so as not to duplicate the
items.

How do I lookup and delete those 4K items from the larger spreadsheet
without disrupting the data from the other columns? Someone told me to
consider using V-Lookup. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
