I have sheets, normally two, that I need to compare and check for changes in
data. The columns are the same, but the rows can vary. Example: one may have 1500 rows while another may have 1700 rows of data. Some names will be the same and these are the ones that I want to check for changes. The columns I have are name, ALJ, ssn, status, status date, ef ind. If I have a name in a row where the status on that row changes from the old sheet to the new one, I want to be able to have a column in the new sheet that tells me that something that is related to that person's name has changed. Example: if Mr. Anybody has a status of hearing in the old sheet, but then it changes to a status of reconsideration, I need to have that result displayed somewhere on the new sheet in the new column that I just mentioned. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks |
