Default Excel 2003, how can I show my entire drop down list under file?

I would like to show my entire drop down list in Excel 2003 for file, edit,
view, etc. but forgot how to do it.

Select Customize
Options tabAlways show full menus

Default Excel 2003, how can I show my entire drop down list under file?

Select Tools | Customise | Options tab and then uncheck "Menus show
recently used commands first".

The descriptor must have changed - mine is for XL2000. Sorry.
