This worksheet has 5 columns of numbers when the columns are added =sum
formula to add down it always returns on a 1 as the sum total and not add the entire column. What is it doing and how do I fix it. Is it something global. Jannie |

questions get equal billing. And, please fully describe your problem with examples. I figured it out. Tools, Option, Edit Enable, Auto Complete - needed disabled.

I don't think auto complete has anything to do with this, more likely either
calculation was set to manual under toolsoptionscalculation or the values are/were text -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Jannie" wrote in message ... I figured it out.
