Default Text to dictate colour of the cell and/or row

Hello all,

I hope someone can help.

I am trying to enter a formula to tell my spread sheet that if a value (any)
is entered into a particular cell, I would like that cell (pref the entire
row) to turn a particular colour.

I have seen this before on other spreadsheets, and cannot figure out how to
do this.

Assistance is much appreciated.

Thanks

Aaron
