Default too many fonts in a workbook

I am getting the message "too many fonts in my workbook". I understand that
there is a maximum number of fonts per workbook. Is there any way to manually
increase this number? I do not want to break up my workbook into additional
workbooks but I still need to make many font changes. I appreciate any ideas.
Thanks.

See:

http://support.microsoft.com/default...EN-US;Q213904&

for a detailed description. Microsoft's advice is to reduce and
simplify the number of formats, so I would conclude that there is not
a manual workaround for this.

Hope this helps.
