Default Calendar 2005; Attendance

OK, I know I have to manually change each month so that the days are correct.
Can I change the Abbreviation to deal directly with what is common with our
company? We don't need some of the sections;@ Late from break, supended.
When I tried to put in what I wanted, it took the wording but would not
accept the new letter. I went back & used the letter that matched with the
orginial version but kept my wording. Then some of the months did not keep
tract of the letters in the monthly stats sections. I did not see any
formulas to change but something is not working right. On the last page when
I changed the wording to what I wanted, it put a "indent box" around the new
wording. It shows the monthly totals but when I print it, it just puts the #
sign for all totals. Can some one help? Thank you
