Toolsoptionstransition. deselect transition navigation keys, it's to be
compatible with Lotus 123

In xl2003, the menu to toggle this is:
tools|Options|transition tab|Uncheck Transition navigation keys.

If don't care about any of these 123 transition settings, I'd suggest that you
uncheck all those options.
