Default Adding a graphic to a worksheet as a result of If/Then Statemet

I want to add a red frown face (as a picture or ClipArt) if a value is less
than x, yellow no-smile-or-frown if greater than x but less than y, and green
smile face if greater than y. Can it be done if I have the three colored
graphics?
