Convert whatever that link is to a value?

If you're having trouble finding that link,
get Bill Manville's FindLink program:

Default Excel Spreadsheet?

The Link is to another workbook ( .xls File ) I have already eliminated.
But, the Automatic Link still ask if I want to update everytime I open my
worksheet. How do I stop this. I thought it might be part of a macro, but I
have also eliminated all of my macros.

Thanks,

I think you missed one of the links.

Default Excel Spreadsheet?

Have you checked in InsertNamesDefine to see if any names in there with
references?

Have you run Bill Manville's Findlink application?

Default Excel Spreadsheet?

I have Excel 2000 running on one machine and Excel 2003 running on another.
When I tried to eliminate the Link on the Excel 2003, the program presented
an avenue to rename or delete the Link, but on the Excel 2000, that option is
not available. So, I deleted the Link on the Excel 2003 and copied the
modified file to the Excel 2000 Computer. But, the Excel 2000 computer still
requested to automatic link update. So, to solve my problem, I installed
Excel 2003 on the Excel 2000 computer. Problem solved.

I would still like to solve this question...

Thanks for the help,

Jim
