Hi there, I am creating a sales analysis pivot report for products sold by
each retailer in a state/province, but some of the same customer names are repeating more than once in the given state/prov. How can I consolidate the retailers, so that there name only appears once in the state/prov, with its entire total qty? You help is appreciated. -- -RDH |

If the names are the same, they should group automatically. Perhaps some
have an extra space character or two, at the end of the name, in the source data.
