Default Cant move pagebreak in PageBreak View in Excel2003

Hi,

I cant adjust the page break manually in pagebreak view in Excel 2003. It
was working fine for so long ... When i move the cursor to the pagebreak line
, it usually changes to a double headed arrow , but now its not changing and
i cant move the page breaks manually.

Can anybody help me out with this...

Maybe ToolsOptionsEdit.

Checkmark "allow cell drag and drop"
