Default Sorting function in Excel 2003 lost in the 2007 version

In Excel 2003, a sort could be repeated by using the "F4" function key for
whatever area was highlighted. The sort function saved the info to memory
(i.e Sort high to low for column "A" then high to low for column "C"). If I
originally did this sort for rows 2-7, but then highlighted rows 10-15, I
could hit "F4" and it would repeat the sort for the rows 10-15.
Excel 2007 does not allow this. The sorting criteria is erased from memory
whenever new rows are selected to be sorted, so I have to manually reselect
the same criteria each time.
Unfortunately, I have to sort hundreds of different sections of a worksheet
like this for new projects all of the time. There is no consistency in the
number of rows or how the sections break out, so there is no way to automate
this function. The "F4" key was an exteme time saver in 2003. If anyway
possible, this should be added to a future 2007 patch.
Thank you,
Kevin
