Default Grouping Question

Below is a sample of data collect by shift and month. Below the double line
at the buttom you'll see a grouping of the average calculated against the
fourth column from left to right. What I'd like to know is if there is a
method using either functions or code which would scan the sheetname and grab
values from the fourth column and avarage them out based on month values in
the second column and avarage them out as in the final sample in the buttom
of this example. The sheet names are as follows: A Shift, B Shift, C Shift, D
Shift. The final example at the buttom sits on another sheet entirely and
feeds a chart which sits on the same sheet! Is this possible? If it is, how?
Thanks for looking at this problem. Any suggested solutions will be welcome!
