Default EXCEL - unable to get "TEXT" to wrap, even though cell is formatte

Help. I have cut text and pasted into a CELL which is formatted for wrap
text and it WILL NOT WRAP????? I formatted the cell to wrap and even painted
other wrapped cells on to it. Even did paste specials and try to work the
spacing and it still will NOT wrap????????

The problem is that when you cut and paste, you're also pasting the format
of the source cell. Also, when you cut you can't paste special. You'd have
to format the destination cell to wrap text then copy the source cell then
paste specialvalues. Then clear the contents of the source cell.

Have you set the row to "Autofit"?

I tried to paste values and even "clear format" and the some of the lines are
still running outside the box ???
