tell me if this does what you ask
=IF(OR(E1=14, G1=14),IF(AND(C1="reason",A1=1),SUM(D:D),""),"") =IF(OR(E1=14, G1=14),IF(AND(C1="reason",A1=1),SUM(G:G),""),"") that assumes data is in the first row. if this doesn't quite get it let us know what is going wrong/or i left out -- -John Please rate when your question is answered to help us and others know what is helpful.
