It happened to me quite a few times that my Work Sheet just refused to open
/display as normal.
Instead only one Cell Address was shown with its assigned Content (Fomula)
only.
How (step-by-step) to force (recover) it back to re-open fully (properly) ?
I am so scared that I will lose everything !!!

If it has happened before then I am sure you backed up the workbook when you had
a good one in between the "few times" so don't be scared of losing everything.

I don't understand what is/is not happening from your description.

You are opening a workbook or switching from one worksheet to another within a
workbook?

Do you see a worksheet with cells?

Do you see just one cell and no others?

I think it happened when I was dealing (switching back/forth) with two Excel
files (2 work books).
When I tried to open the file (which I had been working with)(it did not
alert me with any warning when I got out as normal !); no Work Sheet was
displayed.
Below all the tool bars; just one Cell address with its Content was shown.
Nothig else on my screen.
I cancel without saving, closed everything; Restart my PC & it got back to
the same status of blank screen when I tried to Open the Excel file.
I do not know what I had violated & I do not know how it managed to get back
to normal some how ?!

Maybe the Windows need re-arranging.

Go to WindowArrange and pick an option.
