Give some example data and results. -- HTH Bob (there's no email, no snail mail, but somewhere should be gmail in my addy) "rosie36" wrote in message ... I wish to count the number of different products using the database function, but need to exclude one of the products. Any ideas anyone? Thanks Rosie36 Hi Bob It is a spreadsheet (mock exam) showing a sales report for different products and the sales for each of them. I need to count the number of sales for all the products but excluding one of them (using a database function). It is no problem counting all of them - but how do I exclude one of the items using a database function. How do I show this in the criteria etc? |
