I am trying to keep track of company allowances.
A B C
D E
Name Hire Date eligibility date allowed
units used units

F
remaining units
above are the column headings. Each emp.'s units are reset 1x / year at the
anniversary of hire. I need to auto -set allowed units.
Any suggestions? I need help. too many people to keep up with manually

If the problem is to stop other people from chnging the Allowed Units then
unprotect all cells that you want people to be able to change and protect
the sheet with a password but note that worksheet passwords are fairly
easily broken for anyone with some knowledge of XL
