Default conditional formula in Excel

Hey,

Please help. I'm trying to write a formula for the following:

If A <= 0.35, then "Level I" or if A 0.35 and <= 0.70, then "Level II" or
if A 0.70, then "Level III".

Can somebody help me with this?
