How can I get the results of an @if function to be displayed in a different
color that would make them stand out?

Take a look at Conditional Formatting in Help

Default Color of @IF Results Cell

Probably through the use of Condtional Formatting but not in the Formula itself.

Cell value is or Formula is statements.

Chip Pearson has good info on CF
