Default Conditionally format on result ranges

Hi,
I'm trying to format variance reporting so that a -5 to 5% range is green,
-5 to 10% AND 5 to 10% are amber, -11% and lesser AND 11% and greater are red.

If anyone can help, I'd REALLY appreciate it!

Cheers :-)
