Default how to merge separate worksheet

"I need to merge about 500 separate worksheet (in separate workbooks) into
one worksheet. Is there any way to do this?
I'm looking for any ideas how best to do this. Any help is GREATLY
appreciated. All worksheets are identical in format and number of columns.
