If you created calculated fields or calculated items, those should be
available to you when you try to create another calculated field or item. In the Insert Calculated Fields dialog box, calculated fields would appear in the list of fields In the Insert Calculated Items dialog box, calculated items would appear in the list of items when you select the appropriate field. Bethshep wrote: I am trying to create a new column in my pivot table that calculates the relationship (a ratio) between two previous columns. Those two columns are calculations from the base data.
