Default excel 2007 number formatting

Someone has messed with your Excel setting to use Indian formatting.
Use Format | Style and in the Style Name box open Comma
You should see _-* #,##0.00_-;-* #,##0.00_-;_-* "-"??_-;_-@_-
If not then edit the style to correct it.
