While working in an excel sheet I can do a "Find" ctrl F and enter the # I am
looking for. I hit "Enter" and the cel is highlighted. Here is the problem. I need to "TAB over" to an adjacent cell to enter data. Sometimes I can "TAB over" without touching any other keys and sometimes I have to click on the highlighted cell before I can use the 'TAB over" key. WHY?? I have looked for commonalities in the cells or in how I do the "Find" but it makes no difference. I can do 3 times and it doesn't work and then I can do 2-4-6 more and they work. WHY? It is a true time waster for me to have to click on the highlighted cell before I can "Tab over". Any ideas?? Thank you |
