Default workday include saturday

Hi
I want to calculate the end date and time of a project (duration: "x"
hours).

Working days are from Monday 6:00 to Saturday 14:00.

Monday: from 6:00 to 24:00
Tuesday: from 0:00 to 24:00
Wednesday: from 0:00 to 24:00
Thursday: from 0:00 to 24:00
Friday: from 0:00 to 24:00
Saturday: from 0:00 to 14:00

I want to calculate it using the start date and time anytime between
Mon and Sat.

Any suggestions?
