any one know how to lock a picture to a cell so that you can mail merge it to
a doucment.

I am trying to mail merge a list of names and numbers to cards along with a
picture in excell.

I may need to use access not sure

Locking a picture to a cell border(s) is only going to affect how
it works with the Excel worksheet. It is not going to make to
do anything with Mail Merge.
