I would like to force my spreadsheets to use and maintain relative file
referencing when using an external reference (external link) to a value in another workbook. Currently, it seems that when I initially link ot an external workbook, the linking is relative to the current workbook file, but after I saver or switch focus to another worksheet, the referencing becomes absolute using the entire network file path. Can someone tell me how to force relative file referencing when using external links? Thanks, Brad |
