Default how do you create a floating row?

I'm trying to find out how to have a row that is constantly on screen and is
displayed as you scroll down and up.

Any help would be great full.

Default how do you create a floating row?

If the rows are at the top of the spreadsheet, you want WindowsFreeze Pane.

Position the active cell below the rows, and to the right of the columns you
want to stay on the screen before you use it.
