How do I create a floating text box with hyperlinks
I am trying to create a large spreed sheet with blocks of data (5 columns and
12 rows per block). I need a floating text box with hyperlinks in it which when each hyperlink is clicked on will take the user to the appropriate place on the spreed sheet but the text box stays on the top and remains in view. |
