Default How would I create a text library?

Good day,

I am interested in a Clip Art-like library of text in order to fill repeat
cells in Excel. This way, instead of having to retype the same text over
again, I could just click on the text in a window and it would automatically
paste it in the cell. This is very similar to the Clipboard function but
with an unlimited number of inputs.

To me, this seems like a very obvious function to have, since the Clip Art
book works the same way (click the picture and it automatically pastes onto
the document).

Please help me,
Thank you and have a nice day!
