Default Excel 2007

i have excel 2007 ,i am trying to open files created in excel 2003 and these
files have macros in them but when i open them in 2007 i get an error message
"security warning Macros have been dissabled" even though i have set the
trust centre to Enable all macros .... Any ideas on what i am doing wrong ??
