Default Any way to calculate an average for more than 30 entries?

im trying to calculate the average of blood sugar results, that will require
using more than the 30 numbers that excel limits itself to, any help wqould
be greatly appreciated

Just how are you trying to do this? Post your formula if this doesn't help
=average(a1:a29999)
