It is possible to hide a sum of a certain value in a pivot table. Is there
also a way to show this sum again, or am I obliged to create the entire pivot table again? Thanks a lot. Pé |

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you remove a field from the data
area, you can drag it back in again, from the field list. Pé wrote: It is possible to hide a sum of a certain value in a pivot table. I'm not removing any fields.
What I mean is that you can click with the right mouse button on a total you can hide this total...and now my question is if you can also show this total again? When you hide a grand total you can show it again:
Right-click on a cell in the pivot table, and choose Table Options Add a check mark to Grand totals for columns and/or Grand totals for rows. Click OK Pé wrote: I'm not removing any fields.
