Try this version.

=TEXT(Sheet2!A1,"#,##0.00")&CHAR(177)&TEXT(Sheet2! A2,"#,##0.00")

Because you have turned the numbers into Text you have lost the 2 DP formatting
so must re-create it in the formula.
