Default Help with hyperlink in Excel 2002

I have a workbook that has many worksheets. My first worksheet contains
links to each individual worksheet. Is there a way to show on the link if
the worksheet it is linked to has been updated? I have seen in sharepoint
that it will say "NEW" when a file has been updated. Can this be done within
Excel?
