Default http to text

I "copied" the XM radio channel lineup to excel

Not sure, but another option might be:
From the Menu:
Data | Import External Data | New Web Query..

Type the following in the address bar:
(if it's correct)
http://xmro.xmradio.com/xstream/channel_lineup.jsp

Play w/ options...

I got the same results by visiting the web site above, and right clicking in
Internet Explorer, and selecting "Export to Microsoft Excel."

I copied the XM radio channel lineup to excel and the displayed information
is something like

The '60s*

But the cell actually has the http://etc etc etc to take you back to the
XM
radio site. I would like to strip all the url data from the cell and just
leave the text display. Pasting into notepad gets rid of the url data but
leaves everything all run together.

Thanks in Advance, GWB
