Default =randbetween still produces "#name?" after running the add-In

I am having a difficult time running the command =randbetween in excel. I
ran the add-In featrue with no success. Any suggestions?

Let's do a final check:
When you use Tools |AddIns does the dialog box have an entry Analysis
Toolpac AND is this item checked?
