Default problem with our time cards.

we do not use excel to figure our time. we have time cards they punch the
clock it does go to to miltary time. do you have to convert into hundreds to
figure time? for example when we figure our time we do it in our head but
there is a program you can do it in the company and it gives an extra hour to
the total of hrs that we have. i can give some times to show what i'm talking
about
