Dear Support,

give me a solution to auto resize images when inserting to excel. we take
pictures from digi cams and we insert it. since the picture is in high
resolution we have to manualy resize it to fit the relevent picture area.

pls let me know how to do it in one time

Sajid,

Edit - Go To - Special - Objects - OK will select all the pictures together
and if you resize one picture all the pictures will be resized. But you will
have to arrange the pics in the relevant area.

Thank you very much for your prompt responce

infact my problem is when ever i insert a picture from the digi cam , it
inserts a larger image which i have to resize everytime. according to my job
nature i have to insert pictures to number of excel sheets per day. what i
really need is to save a setting in excel which will allow me to insert
smaller size images every time when i do the "insert picture".

Pls help me how to do this
