Default Time without date

The below is in a pre-dowloaded column, column L
11/14/06 4:19
It has custom formatting as m"/"d"/"yy" "h":"mm

What formula do I need to enter in the M column to just show the 4:19,
keeping the h:mm formatting, because I still need to subtract a time in one
column from a time in another column.

Thanks,

Steve
