Default barcode macro

I am looking for a free macro that takes an input from a barcode reader and
searches a Excel spread sheet and goes to that line and waits for input. I am
trying to correct an inventory that is in sad shape. Thanks for your help.

Default barcode macro

You basically need a Lookup macro that will search down a column to
find your bar code numbers. The following page on our web site has a
sample Excel "Inventory" example that contains the code that you need.
http://www.taltech.com/freesoftware/fs_sw.htm

Look for the "Basic Inventory Tracking Example" on the above page.
