Default Keyboard command

Does anyone know of a keyboard command to go to another worksheet within a
workbook?

Many thanks.

Not sure that I use the same terms.
Between sheets use Ctrl + Page Up or Ctrl + Dage Down.
Between workbooks use Ctrl + Tab or back Ctrl + Shift + Tab.

Can anyone tell me how to use keyboard for commands in 2007?
Wes
