Default match, lookup or array?

i am currently working on a workbook that defines key responsiblities within
my business. it looks like the following:

Worksheet 1 Worksheet 2
name team name/signiture for
team A
name1 A ____________
name2 B ____________
name3 A ____________
name4 A name/signiture for
team B
name5 B ____________
name6 B ____________
____________

what i want to accomplish is when a particular person is designated as
either A or B, their name is fill in under the appropriate column in the next
worksheet, making it possible to print a hard copy of both. each blank space
under "name/signiture for team $" on "Worksheet 2" is a seperate cell. i am
not an expert by any means, and array's are an enigma to me, so any help
would me very much appreciated.
