hi, thanks to the person who answer my question earlier but unfortunately it
does not solve my problem. I have check with the printer vendor, dell customer svc but is not their fault so still trying to solve the problem hope someone out there will able to tell me how to solve it many thanks |

please give more description as to what the print out looks like.

Pete_UK suggested checking printer and paper alignment and feedthrough in
another post (about 4 or 5 posts down here). I agree with what he said - if it looks good on screen and in print-preview, then it should look the same on paper unless there is a printer problem, I don't care what Dell customer service has to say for themself to prevent a return of a faulty printer. Proof would be to take the file to another computer with a different printer and see how it comes out on that printer. "bj" wrote: please give more description as to what the print out looks like.
