Hi Neil
Yes =VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A$!:$G$100,3,0) If the sheet name has spaces in it then it must be enclosed in single quotes =VLOOKUP(A1,'My Sheet Name'!$A$!:$G$100,3,0) -- Regards Roger Govier "neil" wrote in message ... can i use vlookup to seek and retrive data across different sheets in excel? |
