Default combining data from two worksheets

This is probably REALLY easy but i can't seem to figure it out. I need to
pull a user name from one worksheet adding it into another worksheet using ID
as the key. The only common data between the worksheets is the user id and
the worksheet that needs the user name is a subset of the larger master file.
